A nice product that was needed for the game station Pro console.... though I think it should be sent out only after installing the latest firmware

These products come from the Factory untouched. If we opened them and flashed them, they could not be considered new. If you were to have downed the software, it would have told you to update the firmware. It's the same thing with a TV, when you get your new XYZ TV home, the first thing you do is flash its firmware. We are no different than any company.
